New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge over the
area this evening will shift E of the waters later tonight. A 
developing low will move NE tonight into Mon across the far S
waters before moving E of the area Mon afternoon. Another 
stronger high pressure ridge will build SE over the region late 
Mon night and persist into Wed night. Another developing low will
approach the waters from the SW late Wed night, then move E 
across the area Thu. High pressure will build E toward the coast 
Thu night and move across the waters Fri and Fri night.
