New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure and a cold front
across the southern waters will move S this evening and pass S of
the area early tonight. The front will stall and weaken just S 
of the area later tonight through Sun as a series of weak low 
pressure centers develop and track E along the stalled front. A 
high pressure ridge will extend SE over the waters tonight into 
Sun, then shift E of the area Sun night. Another cold front will 
approach the area from the NW and N Sun, move SE across the 
waters Sun night and Mon, then pass S of the area Mon night. High
pressure will build across the region Mon night through Tue, and
shift E of the waters Tue night. A warm front will lift NE over 
the waters Tue night into Wed night as a cold front approaches
from the NW.
