New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A strong high pressure ridge 
will move E over the area this tonight into Wed. Developing low 
pressure will approach from the W Wed night, then track NE along 
the New England coast Thu into Thu night while pulling a strong 
cold front E over the waters. The front will pass E of the area 
late Thu night as the low crosses the Canadian Maritimes. Another
cold front will move E over the region Fri into Fri night. High 
pressure will build E to the coast Fri night, move E across the 
waters Sat, then shift E of the region Sat night and persist
through Sun night.
