New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Hurricane Epsilon is located
well SE of the waters this morning, and will move quickly NE and 
away from the area today as long period E to SE swell associated 
with Epsilon continues to move through the waters. For more 
information, see the latest advisory from the National Hurricane 
Center on Epsilon. A cold front over the far SE waters will pass 
SE of the region early today. High pressure will build N of the 
area today and tonight, then move well E of the area Mon and Mon 
night as a warm front lifts NE through the waters. Another cold 
front will move over the area late Mon night and Tue, then pass S 
of the waters Tue night. Another high will build across the 
region Tue night and Wed, then shift E of the area Wed night. Yet 
another cold front will move E through the area Thu into Thu 
night as low pressure moves E along the front.
