New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Developing low pressure will 
track NE along the New England coast tonight while pulling a 
strong cold front across the waters. Strong high pressure will 
slowly build E toward the region Wed into Wed night, then move E 
over the region Thu into Thu night. Another developing low will 
approach from the S Thu night, then intensify as it moves NE 
across the area Fri into Fri night. Another high will build S of 
the region Sat and Sat night. Another cold front will move 
offshore Sat night into Sun night.
