New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Hurricane Humberto will pass E
of the area today, then accelerate well off to the NE and away
from the area later tonight into Fri while transitioning into a 
post-tropical cyclone. High pressure along the New England coast
will slowly shift SW today into Fri. A low pressure trough will 
move SE over the area late Fri and Fri night, then pass SE of the
waters Sat and Sat night as another high builds over the region 
from the NW. The high will shift SE of the area Sun and Sun 
night. A cold front will slowly approach the coast Mon and Mon
