19N between 55W and 64W
304 PM EST Sat Feb 17 2018

.SYNOPSIS...A Gale Warning will remain in effect within about 90
nm of the coast of Colombia through Mon. A tight pressure gradient
between a high pressure system over the western Atlantic and the
Colombian/Panamanian low will continue to support pulsing winds
of minimal gale-force near the coast of Colombia through the forecast
period. The high pressure will be reinforcing by a stronger one
on Mon. This will bring increasing winds and building seas across
the east and central Caribbean, and the Tropical N Atlantic
waters Mon through Wed. Fresh to strong winds are also expected
through the Windward Passage.
